I'm a fairly savvy computer guy, and I can handle a lot of little stuff, but one day my laptop just died. Dead. Kaput. A friend had recommended Erik, so I took it to his office to see if it was DEAD dead, or if maybe I could replace the (insert computer jargon here...) and get it back up and running. Erik was friendly and knowledgeable, and took care of the problem while I got lunch....and charged me a VERY reasonable fee. I've recommended him to friends, and they have had the same type of experience. I've always been skeptical of so-called computer repair guys, there's a lot of riff raff out there....but Erik is a solid professional. I feel like he's part of the team, and I'd recommend his services whole heartedly.ý

I think it is important to say thank you to somebody who does something excellent. You repaired my computer with self-evident expertise and speed. At the same time you were great to talk with, and you discussed things at my level, which is nowhere near your knowledge. I retired after 37yrs of high technology work and management and can say that you did a fantastic job, complete with good communication and extra special help for my circumstance. Erik is the bomb!!!!
Imagine this....being on vacation seven hundred miles away during Christmas holiday, having your computer crash and not being able to do use your computer after being on the phone three different days for a total of nine hours with India. What did I do? After being more than frustrated, I called Erik, in my home town of Seal Beach and said "help". He said, "no problem, just get me the CPU." I packed up my CPU and drove ten hours and seven hundred miles and brought it to Erik. A day and a half later, my computer is back to new!!! I had been told by the tech support in India that I probably was going to have to purchase a new CPU............obviously, not the case. I can't be happier, and would not hesitate to drive seven hundred miles again to have Erik fix any computer problem I had while in Utah. He's a great guy to have at your finger tips in Seal Beach, too!!!!!

New Years Eve, what a way to start 2010, I spilled water on my computer. I am usually so careful but of course accidents do happen. Who is the first person I think of...it's ERIK, I called him immediately and he told me to bring my computer over. He did his thing and I did as he said and 3 days later my computer was saved and so was the great start to my 2010! Thank You Erik

Erik's expertise shines brilliantly everytime we have used his services over the past few years for our law office in Long Beach.
